Shipping and Returns

Shipping Information
We ship all orders from our warehouse in Missouri within 2 to 3 business days after payment is received. Most orders ship via USPS or UPS and include tracking information. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on the way.

Delivery times vary based on location but typically range from 2 to 7 business days within the United States.

We currently ship within the United States only. If you have special shipping requests, contact us before placing your order.

Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and unused. Items that are damaged after delivery or show signs of use may not be accepted for return.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

In most cases, we will provide free return shipping label. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment once the item is received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please include a photo of the item and packaging. We will do our best to make it right.
