What kinds of products do you sell?
We sell closeout, surplus, and overstock items across a variety of categories including tools, grinding wheels, home and kitchen goods, women’s clothing and shoes, comic books, lighting, holiday decor, and hardware. All products are new and sold at deeply discounted prices.

Are your items brand new?
Yes. Everything we sell is brand new and unused. Most items come from closeout lots, shelf pulls, or liquidation sales. Some packaging may show wear or have stickers, but the products inside are in excellent condition.

Do I need a membership to shop here?
No. You can shop anytime without a membership or minimum purchase. Our prices are available to everyone.

How fast do you ship?
Orders are usually packed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days. We ship from our U.S. location and offer tracking on every order.

Where do you ship from?
We ship all orders from our warehouse in Missouri.

What shipping carriers do you use?
We primarily ship through USPS and UPS, depending on the size and weight of your order.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Do you accept returns?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in original condition. If you need to return something, contact us and we will guide you through the process.

Who pays for return shipping?
In most cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or there was an error with the order.
